Firstly I'm a lover of life! I love experiencing new things and meeting new people. I'm a mum and a step mum and I'm marrying the love of my life, Andy, in Feb 2011. I'm really proud of the fact that I have a happy, healthy blended family!

I love the outdoors, camping, beach walks, socializing, and kick my feet up and having a good dance. I also love sneaking away for a quite weekend with Andy :)

I love supporting women to grow gorgeous lives. I believe it's easy to set goals, it can even be easy to achieve them, however through our individual and group coaching, seminars and workshops I assist our clients to develop a skill set that supports them to experience long term, successful living.
